How do I know my order is confirmed?
After payment is completed, you will see an order-confirmation page with your order details. We will also send a confirmation to the email address entered at checkout.
What are the delivery charges?
Standard shipping within India costs ₹99 for orders below ₹1,000 and is free for orders of ₹1,000 or more.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, UPI, net banking and supported mobile wallets at checkout. Cash on delivery is available for eligible orders and locations.
Are taxes included in the product price?
Yes. All prices shown on our website include GST.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify-supported payment gateways. Baarno does not store your full card details.
Do you offer international shipping?
International delivery may be arranged for selected destinations. Email hello@baarno.com with the products and destination before placing your order so we can confirm availability, timing and charges.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days. For time-sensitive orders, contact hello@baarno.com before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.
How can I track my shipment?
We will send tracking details by WhatsApp or email after dispatch. You can also check your account on our website or email us with your order number.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and are accepted only for eligible defects or sizing issues. Products must be unused, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging. Sale, discounted and special-offer products are not eligible for return or exchange. Additional exchanges may attract a ₹199 shipping charge per instance.

Can I cancel my order?
