How do I know that my order has been confirmed?

Once you have completed the payment, you will be navigated to the “Thank You” page on our website where you will be provided the order confirmation details. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation on your registered e-mail id.

What are the Shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders with value above Rs. 1,000. Shipping charges of Rs. 99 will be applicable on orders with value less than Rs. 1,000.

What mode of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking and mobile wallet options at checkout. We also accept cash on delivery for eligible orders.

Are taxes included in the product price?

All our prices our inclusive of GST.

Is it safe to use my Credit / Debit card on the website?

How long before I receive my order?

After the order is shipped, it will be received within 5-7 days. For faster delivery, please get in touch with us at hello@baarno.com

How can I check where is my shipment?

You will receive a whatsapp and e-mail with tracking details once the order is shipped. You can also track your order through your account section on our website. You can also write to us at hello@baarno.com for status.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

We accept returns* within 7 days of receipt of the product(s). Please email us at hello@baarno.com.
Please ensure that the products are in their original condition and packaging. Item(s) showing signs of usage will not be eligible for returns or exchange. We reserve the right to inspect the product(s) before processing returns or exchange. For eligible orders, reverse pickup from the shipping address will be free of cost.
 * We do not accept returns of orders / products purchased with any discount or during a sale.
Every subsequent exchange will attract a shipping fee of Rs. 199 per instance.
Manufacturing Defect: Intimation of manufacturing defect in an order should be done within 2 days of receipt of the product with photograph. Please get in touch with us at hello@baarno.com. We will review the case and offer appropriate resolution.

Can I cancel my order?
