Manufacturing Defects :
Please inform us in the event any articles are delivered without tags. Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged.
In such situation, please photograph the parcel and email us a hello@baarno.com along with order id or registered mobile number.
Please take extra care with white and light coloured products. We ensure that they are delivered as they should be – clean and spotless. But in case of any manufacturing defects or spots, we have multiple stages in return process.
The product is handmade, hand printed, and hand packed. So, there will always be minor variations no matter how much we try to minimise, so, we cannot accepts returns in such cases.
RETURNS
- Returns are only accepted within 7 days from date of delivery, only, in case of defects or sizing issues.
- Whites and light coloured products are strictly restricted to exchange only in case of manufacturing defects that are registered within 7 days of receipt with required proofs (images, videos highlighting the defect).
- Returns are only accepted if the defect is genuine and acceptable. If there is no defect, they will be sent back to customer within 7 days of receipt to our warehouse.

- Original tags are not available
- Original product packaging is not available (not the courier box)
- Spoilt or used products.
- Doesn’t meet our return and damage policy
- No returns of exchange on products sold in sale, special offers or discounts.
CANCELLATIONS
- No cancellations after placing the order.
REFUNDS
- No refunds in case of 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
- No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
